- Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited in the park premises.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests are requested to take care of belongings; the park is not responsible for loss.
- People with skin disease will not be allowed in the water park.
- Nylon or lycra swimwear is mandatory for water park access.
- Tickets once purchased cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded.
- Bags and personal items may be inspected before entry.
